Focused on True Collaboration & Real Equity

Leading Ladies Language Model is the first AI tool trained on the lived leadership of women—centered on values like equity, consent, collaboration, and power-sharing. Learn why and then check out the Business 4 Good Blog below.

A Woman Forward, built by Leading Ladies Large Language Model

Technology & Business are in a Symbiotic Relationship : This is Tech with context.

💡Because Context Matter

Leadership in both business and the futre of technology need be based firmly in new, envisioned ways & equitable legacy.

This is a model of learning through AI that is made for us by us. - stay with me, Sis!

This evolution will help shape a more inclusive world for all with new, envisioned & collaborative leadership models, sustainable structures and *consensual information sharing.

💡 Why Women Need Be Leading this LLM.

A Large Language Model (LLM) is a type of artificial intelligence (AI) trained on vast amounts of text data to understand and generate human-like language.

LLMs can complete tasks like answering questions, writing content, or holding conversations- importantly—most all LLM's in existence currently Spring 2025 are feed by archaic and dying systems of extractive, colonialism theft.

Whilst LLM's can do a good job at predicting and stringing together words based on learned patterns, we are no longer speaking the King's English - if we ever were!

While extremely powerful tools for many sectors, LLMs can also reflect extreme biases in the data they’re trained on, which is often stolen data in the first place. This is amongst the top many reasons why thoughtful, humanist design and ethical development of this technology matter.

💡 Where You May Already Be Using A

Forget cold clinical bots or emotional mirror machines. This is a radical reframe of what AI could be when built by and for women who lead.

You've likely used some version of AI by now aside from your wireless robot vacuum, Roomba!

🤖FACT: that cutie was AI's earliest 'invasion' into our homes in the late 1990s. And if you're currently using the bots for your work load outside of cat video enhancements, you may have said something along the lines of,

<<Hey Chad! Can you please not write this article with me sounding like a dude right now?>>

🤖 Maybe you are wondering...

<< Why does this info gathering tool sound super pejorative, limited in its scope and a bit dated in its vibe?>>

🤖 It's possible you have kindly nudged the bots like this...

<<Listen Claude, I appreciate a clean, corporate tone but can you please refine the voice to be more kind yet assertive w/o sounding so taupe or seemingly robotic?>>

🤖I know I have!

💡 It Takes a Village. You Already Know This

If AI is the next internet wave, ( and it is here so surfs up, babe) , we’re not sitting it out.

We’re shaping it—with the first-ever Leading Ladies Large Language Model built on real-world, community-rooted leadership and *consensually access to Women's data through shared blogs we write, the podcasts we host and the information only we know about our lived experiences.

And, we, as the Women who own that data, maintain the rights of ownership to that data.

**More on that in the blog and user agreements that have text bigger than a gnat and are written for actual humans in this century.

💡This is CURRENTLY Being Built

This isn’t theoretical. It’s lived. This collaborative LLM model is importantly and most significantly not being built ONLY for Women.

We are actively building in this way so that other LLM models , with shared values of ethics, data consent and ethos can also co-build and collaborate- informing a larger, more expansively inclusive network.

And you don't have to worry about sweeping the ocean, lady. That's our job. We just want your input in the build by way of your *consensually sharing your data to the project.

💡 What This Looks Like

A custom AI model that is based on Womanism built by Humanist Women & being developed inside MIT’s No Code AI Program, designed to reflect how women listen, lead, and shape systems—especially around topics we, as Women, are often sidelined or dissuaded from being involved in:

💰 Money .

🍒 Sex .

🗳️ Politics .

We are leading the way in *Consensual Data Sharing & YOUR Input Matters, Sis.

  • Curated Data, Not Clickbait:
Essays, voice notes, podcasts, roundtables—real data from real leaders, like YOU.
  • Conversation, Not Commands:
A chatbot being trained in tone, strategy, and care—not just answers, commands that are driven to pull from extractive frameworks.
  • Values-Driven Bias:
No pretense of neutrality—this model is built with alignment in mind but also considers greatly the variables or lack thereof for bias.
  • Consent + Context at the Core:
Designed with user transparency and ethical prompts baked in.
