Rose Kaz
Serial Entrepreneur & Founder @ Business 4 Good

Sector: Technology & Economic Development

Rose Kaz is a systems strategist, tech translator, and creative builder helping women-led businesses cut through the noise and actually use AI.

As the founder of Business 4 Good, she works with founders to integrate AI into their go-to-market strategy, e-commerce, lead gen, and internal systems—without the hype, the gatekeeping, or the need for a CS degree. Although, Rose is currently studying AI at MIT.

From building custom bots to reviewing AI compliance language, Rose helps women make smart, strategic choices with emerging tools—especially the ones no one’s bothering to explain.

Rose comes from a long line of women who knew how to build what they needed—by hand, with grit, and usually with a creative twist.

Raised in a multigenerational home by her artist mother, costume-designer grandmother, and great-grandmother, she brings that same resourceful, roll-up-your-sleeves energy to her work in tech.

Rose has owned & operated a global media company, an economic development lead, and most recently Executive Director of The Hub , where she laid the foundation for programs focused on inclusive innovation and tech equity.

Now, through Business 4 Good and her startup LBI Digital, she’s been building femme-forward digital ecosystems before most people could spell “AI.”

Currently studying artificial intelligence at MIT, Rose is also a cohort alum of Equifax, RAIN, TiE Women, Supermajority Education Fund, Center for Creative Economy, and 1871 Women in Tech.

Her work sits at the intersection of accessibility, design, and what’s actually useful. She helps women founders build systems that make sense—for them, their values, and the future they’re here to lead.
