Why Women in Business Are the Key to the Future of the Economy—and How You Can Harness AI to Scale Your Impact

You might not know this about me but I didn’t start out in technology—in fact, I didn't even set out to be a woman in business initially. My first love was & still very much is my creative mind.

And over the years I have honed the creative brain to translate both business and technology not simply for my professional growth. I share this super power with my clients as it informs each business I build & scale. And, of course, the way I show up as a leader of women in business. 

I received my first camera at age four, was drafting run of shows for my tiny theater company made up of my siblings on my Etch a Sketch and by second grade, I was running my first “business” selling bubble gum out from under my bunk bed. Turns out, I had a knack for business and economics long before I knew those words existed.

Then it was 2020, when the world came to a standstill. Like so many of us, I found myself in uncharted territory. My global photo and video production company was upended by lockdowns, and I realized I needed to pivot—not just to survive, but to build something better.

So, while others were baking sourdough, building pods of covid-safe neighbors, I quarantined solo and locked into learning everything I could about technology, artificial intelligence, and even how the internet itself was built.

And even though I was a seasoned business owner with my second brand under my belt, I took on the challenge in launching a startup, utilizing tech tools to fund and scale a digital hub that will revolutionize how women in business access funding, networking, and resources. And as I keep scaling that big mission, I continue to share the hacks to getting around gate keepers, finding funds to scale and best practices to build business 4 good without the burnout. 

Along the way, I learned the hard way—through trial, error, and a lot of sleepless nights. Honestly, I probably should have at least two MBAs by now, but the startup world is wild, so instead, I have a blog and a podcast where I share the lessons I’ve learned the hard way, a few pace plants included! 

And here’s the thing: I don’t want you to have to learn the hard way like I did. That’s why I created Business 4 Good’s Q1 BOOST CAMP: Demystify AI with HI. I've personally designed this 3 session in 3 weeks deep dive to help break down how AI works. It simply eats HI for breakfast.
